Muburi AB is a fresh crop Kenyan coffee that just landed in the roastery. The arrival material barely missed Prodigal's strict cupping threshold by a half-point, so we're selling it as green instead. This coffee features flavors of peach, mango, wine, mandarin, and a bit of the typical Kenyan savoriness. 

Muburi Coffee Factory is part of the Rwama Coffee Farmers Society and is made up of 1,200 active members. Ripe cherries are delivered to the factory where they are depulped and ferment overnight. The next day they are washed, undergo the traditional Kenyan soak, then dry on raised tables for 7-15 days.
